These guys are all from a popular TV show from when i was a kid.  I loved this show so much. The monsters are often getting zaps from the good guys in the show.  Not a pleasant feeling for the monsters in the actual show, but no problem for the monsters in this painting.  Everyone is pretty happy to be there.  I am guessing the zaps feel like a soft massage from a shower spicket.  This print will look amazing anywhere in your house i will bet.
